Christ The King is surrounded by lush desert landscaping, generous natural light and wide open space. It is what is known in the Celtic spiritual tradition as a “thin place.”

Join us on the third Saturday of the month, when parishioners Nanette and Bill Cosart lead a group of volunteers in simple gardening tasks that keep our grounds clean and beautiful. The groups starts work at 8:00 a.m. to beat the heat–and please be sure to bring sunscreen, a hat, gloves, small gardening tools and plenty of water!

 

 

 

 

Memorial Garden

                               

The Memorial Garden is available for the burial of members of Christ the King and members of their families. A place for the respectful repose of the cremains of those who have died, the Garden is located just east of the church building, surrounded by beautiful desert foliage.

The Memorial Garden is open at all times for those who wish to pay their respects, or spend quiet moments of reflection.
