Acolytes are confirmed young men and women (usually of Junior High or High School age) who specialize in assisting the priest at the altar on Sundays and Holidays in the Celebration of Holy Communion. [Fred Hawk 579-0383]
Altar Flowers are offered to the Glory of God and are given in thanksgiving for a birth, baptism, life, marriage or in memory of a deceased loved one. If you would like to commemorate an event in this way, fill out a special form from the shelf in the east lobby, mark the calendar, and drop the form with your payment in the offertory basket on Sunday [Elaine MacDonald 825-8683]
Altar Guild members faithfully prepare and maintain the altar, altar lines, vestments and Eucharist vessels. Two members assist at each service. Altar Guild meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month. Workdays are scheduled the first Saturday of each month and weekly on Thursday mornings. [Martha Tetreault 742-1187]
