Our Music

Christ the King’s music program is designed to complement and enrich our worship services, and to expand the congregation’s knowledge of the breadth and depth of Anglican musical traditions. Pictured above is the facade (front pipes) of Christ the King’s pipe organ, Aeolian-Skinner Opus 1192.

Will Thomas, our Director of Music and Organist, is a Doctoral candidate in organ on a full tuition-based scholarship at the University of Arizona College of Fine Arts School of Music. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Sacred Music from Carson-Newman University and a Master of Music Degree in Organ Performance from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  Before coming to Tucson, Will served for many years as Organist and Director of Music at Our Lady of Fatima church in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Knoxville.  As an active concert organist, Will’s solo performances have taken him to venues in Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Pennsylvania and New York City. Will Thomas
